Today's incident made my decision to leave even more affirm. Although I know i shldnt felt a thing since i am leaving this sickening place.. but then i still have to say it all out.. damn upset.. and felt like a fool now!
We talked abt justice, equity and fairness! they are all rubbish.. unless u tell me they are inversely related! ie.. the more lobo (presumely lobo = lesser effort in work) u are.. the higher u get promoted, the more money aka bonus u get!!
Recent hangout and catching up with friends make me realise that its not really true... I have friends who worked harder and alot more OT than fellow colleagues get lesser bonus than others... and have also ppl who seems to work as if they have 8 hands.. but end up not being promoted because of headcount issue.. C'mon.. just lame... too lame to be excused...excused for practicing favourism... n whatever sai reason they hv for justifying their promos...
Seriously, i am not jealous at other people's success.. sigh..but why?? why must be at the expense of me! KNN.. CB lei!! I really dont feel like talking to her now~~ and she must keep coming to "provoke" me!! asking me abt work!! N NOW SHE ASKING ME WHERE TO FIND THE WINDOW EXPLORER~~

Dajie, i think u would be too at that point in time. Was fuming mad.. but ok la.. after today, i seem ok liao.. coz i answered some of her boliao qns afterall.
Qoo.....i can really understand your frustration cos my situation oso quite similar...but u relax la..u leaving v soon.

It depends on whether are you working under the right person.
Can't agree with u more man, unfortunately, I am with e wrong boss at e wrong place!
Then again, if u are with the right boss, u (maybe) might not even need to work yr ass off...
